  • Meet Zach, a compassionate therapist dedicated to your well-being. Graduating from Plano Senior High School in 1999, Zach embarked on a journey of understanding the human mind and heart. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Southern Methodist University in 2004, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. His thirst for knowledge led him to The University of North Texas, where he obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022.

    Zach’s expertise lies in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression, areas where he provides support with empathy and skill. Additionally, he specializes in stress management and improving communication, fostering healthier relationships and self-awareness. With a profound dedication to those who serve, Zach has received extensive training in working with veterans and first responders.

    In his practice, Zach offers individual, family, and couples counseling, tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. His specialization in PTSD, trauma therapy, depression, and anxiety ensures comprehensive care for those navigating challenging experiences. Drawing from Adlerian theory, as well as being EMDR trained and a Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) provider, Zach brings a diverse toolkit to his sessions, fostering healing and growth.

    Outside of his practice, Zach cherishes his roles as a husband and father of two, understanding the importance of connection and balance in life. A lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast, he finds solace in nature through activities like fly fishing, outdoor pursuits, and camping, enriching his well-rounded approach to mental health and vitality.
